passport copy and Rprf - how to send to warsaw

I have recieved a request to send Rprf and copy of all passport pages by warsaw, how should I send these?
By courier or via case specific enquiry?

I also got request to send copy of passport and pay RPRF. But i plan to send the copy thru email and pay RPRF via online mode.

I am bit confused on how to submit the receipt of RPRF. DO i need to send the scanned copy of receipt to warsaw office or what?
