I have my First name + Middle Name + Last Name on my passport. All my documents follow this format except Degree certificate , Employment letter and Pay slips. These documents only have my First Name + Last Name.
Is it okay if I upload these documents or do I need to specify Yes in "Has this person used another name" and provide an affidavit for it ?
Also,
I have a similar query on the sibling relationship proof. I have my sister's and my passport which bear our father's and mother's name.
In my passport, my father has his middle name added in addition to his first name and last name, whereas in my sister's passport father's name is only first name + last name
Mother's name is same in both passports.
Is it okay to show both of our passports (sister's & mine) as proof of sibling relationship, inspite of the middle name difference in Father's name ?
