Passpirt urgent please

1 i want to apply for my first passport although in the section for references i put my uncle and they were asking me for how many years i have known him
What should i answer ???
2 in section address history for past 3 years i dont have much space to list the current . How should i tell them

please any leads are appreciated

1. Unless this uncle was estranged while you were growing up, put your age if that makes sense. I used my godfather as a reference and used my age.

2. A separate piece of paper with the header “Address History (Continued)”

also: none of these are actually urgent
