How is it possible that some people are getting their background check cleared in 1 day and PPR is given next day. ?

How is it possible that some people are getting their background check cleared in 1 day and PPR is given next day. ?

Background check is a long process. Once the background check is complete, then for most of the users, bg status goes into progress and then within a few days they receive PPR's. BG status going into progress doesn't mean that the background check process has just started.
