Hello all
My spouse and kids application has been approved by canada and sent to visa office in Darker for processing.
However I am stuck at the level of application of Quebec selection certificate because the kids dosen't have passport which is one of the requirements. The kids will not have the passport any time soon because they can not travel to where the passport is made given the civil unrest it is very dangerous for them to travel.
My question is can I sent the application for selction certificate without a copy of their passport?. Can any other doccument replace their pasport for now in the selection certificate application?
