Partially damaged copr, urgent help please.

Hi,
My wife and I received our stamped passports and copr yesterday 4th of November, but unfortunately while opening the envelope I partially tore her copr document can anyone please guide me with what should I do next? I've already reached out to DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and cpc-ottawa still awaiting replies from them though I'm a bit worried if they would reply on time. Attached is the image of the torn copr.
For reference I'm from India and the barcode section of the COPR is undamaged.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
