Partial Medical report form received

Hi Guys
I have received an email from the CIC about the Medical report form on 6th Feb 2023
I am part of a family of three and the attachment included form 1017E for my wife only.
Could someone please clarify if I need to arrange for the medical report for my wife only and wait for remaining forms or need to send the message for the medical forms for my son and myself and submit altogether?

Pls send webform for remaining medical requests. In the meanwhile, make booking for ur spouse's medical and proceed accordingly, don't wait for remaining MR

I applied my application online (Non EE) , but In the web form under permanent residency (applied online) only application with Express Entry is showing.
Do I need to select some other option for my query

I submitted paper based and relevant fields are available, u can choose " Permanent Resident (applied online)".
