Part time to Full Time.

Hi ,
Seniors Members Pls suggest.

If a college has a part time professional course & they could offer me a full time course by adding more electives say 1 year.
Would i be eligible for PGWP if the college is in list of approved colleges.

Pls help need to make a stand soon.
