Part time job under CEC

Does part time job needs to be continuous to apply PR under CEC?
I have worked two part time jobs under NOC 4012 and NOC 4214 since September 13th 2019.
NOC 4012 : 20 hours per week Sep 13th 2019 to Sep 12th 2020
NOC 4214 : 21 hours per week Sep 13th 2019 to March 13th 2020
Due to Covid, as schools were shut down got laid off from March 13th 2020, but resumed work under NOC 4214 since September 14th 2020 and working 26 hours per week.
My question is can I combine and count two part- time jobs as a full time job for 26 weeks (sept 13th 2019-March 13th 2020) & count 20 hours per week for NOC 4214 for 26 weeks ? (March 14th 2020 to September 12th 2020)
Next, Can I count my hours for NOC 4214 from September 14th 2020 ?
what are the chances of getting PR ?

You know best how to count your work hours as long as your part time hours accumulate to 30 hours per week to get the full time equivalent and it's NOC 0, A or B.

"Work experience need not be continuous under the CEC

Applicants must have at least 12 months of full-time, Canadian skilled work experience (or the equivalent in part-time work experience) in one or more NOC 0, A or B occupations within the 36 months before the date of application receipt [R87.1(2)(a)]."

Your experience does not need to be continuous nor from a single employer.

You can count multiple experiences simultaneously, but keep in mind that for each week you cannot count more than 30 hours towards the 1560 hours of Canadian skilled experience.

For instance, if you worked 2 part-time jobs simultaneously @ 14h/week each, you will accrue 28h/week during that period. Similarly, if you had 2 par-time jobs 1 @ 20h/week and a second at 15h/week you can only count 30 hours/week.

Any time worked above 30h each week is not counted towards your 1560 hours goal irrespective of this experience coming from a single or multiple jobs.

Thank you so much.
I was just confused by looking at that 12 months on official website and other Canadavisa forums. I thought it might have to be continuous.

Yeah I am not counting anything above 30 hours.
Thank you so much for the detailed info! I guess I have the enough hours then based on the calculations!

wonder how you can work 2 part time jobs which have 40 hours/week as an international student?

I did not work on study permit.
I finished my studies on August 28th 2019.
I applied for work permit on September 12th 2019 and started full time hours from September 13th 2019.
You can work full time hours while waiting for a decision on your work permit.
