part time job salary while studying?

This topic is one of the most worried by future students, may be living in a city like winnipeg might help in someway for paying fee of 2nd year in masters (about 14k) after parents pay for 1st year. I've heard its kind of cheap city compared to others.

Do you happen to know exactly how much do international students pay for taxes on their income from a part-time job ?

If you are getting $10.25/hr. after tax you will get @ $10/hr. But after financial end you can claim your tax back and you will get your money back which you paid as tax. Also, apply for income tax whether you are working or not because as an International student we have paid tax including in our tuition fee. So, once you will file for tax, they will give you some credit money. and when you will start working, you will get rebate equal to your credit money.
