Part-time in CEC

Hi Friends,

I need help to understand "an equal amount in part-time hours" in CEC category.

Currently am working with two part time jobs, one job is weekly for 24 hours and other part time job is 16 hours.

can CIC will consider these hours for my PR application in CEC?
