Hi all, I urgently need your help here. Thanks in advance!

I've done more than enough hours for 2 years which is 1560/year x 2 = 3,120. They are from the same job but both full time and part time.

Right now, I am only getting 1-year worth of points which is (40 crs). Using the calculator I would get (53 crs) instead.

Can someone please tell me how to do that? I have input both full time and part time (present) under work history.

What is it that I am doing wrong? Please advise.

If you work over 30 hours in one week, it's still only counted as one week and you cannot "carry" the extra hours to get credit for additional weeks of experience. So for example, if you worked 90 hours in one week - it's still only counted as one week (same as a 30 hour week) for experience purposes.

Your expectations are incorrect. Your work experience is calculated based on the number of weeks you have worked either full-time (30 or more hours per week), or the full-time equivalent in part-time work. One yaer = 52 weeks of full-time work. Part-time work is pro-rated based on hours worked. In other words, you only need to count part-time hours to calculate your FTE.

if you do not have at least 104 weeks of full-time (or FTE) experience, you will not get credit for 2 years.

Example: you worked full-time for one year (52 weeks), and then changed to part-time, let's say 20 hours per week. If you worked part-time for another year (52 weeks), the FTE equivalent would be 20 hours per week * 52 weeks / 30 hours per week (FTE). That gives you 32 FTE weeks, less than a second full year. At 20 hours per week, you would have to work 78 weeks to gain the FTE equivalent of 1 year.
