I want to get PR, I want to study in Canada, but only from March to October, it's too cold the rest of the year. Does anyone know what courses are available during these months? Also would I still get any points for Canada experience? How about work permit?

Summer school, but since that's only one semester per year it would take you some time to graduate depending on your course.

You would have to work for a year in a skilled job in Canada to get points, since certain months are too cold for you I don't know if you'll be able to achieve this.

If you want to immigrate as a permanent resident you MAY experience cold weather at some point in the next 40 years. Maybe Canada isn't for you?

I've seen snow in BC and Montreal in mid-May and in October. So if you don't like the cold, good luck. ;D

You will likely benefit none from PR status.
