Part C, Question 9 : RELATIONSHIP INFORMATION AND SPONSORSHIP EVALUATION

I am sponsoring my wife. In Question 8 of this form: "If you are married, answer a) below. If not go to question 9". Since my wife is married to me, she only have to reply "a) Was your marriage arranged? ", and select "No" because nobody arranged the marriage for us. This means she doesn´t have to filled out question 9 asking for ceremonies even though we had ceremonies in our marriage?
