Part 3: Information guides??

Good evening, guys!
I am in Canada with valid status till 2019.
I am going to apply outland under common law sponsorship. And I will list both my residential and mailing address with my current Canadian address.
In the CIC site, there is Part 3: Information guides, Do I need to follow this instruction. Do I need to send this Part3 with my application as well?
It is quite confused because in part 1 and part 2, there are already guide and instruction?
