Hi , these statistics are awful and can help all a lot but there is no hope to stay like this,
I am waiting for my ppr about 102 days and i have to say that i havent even recieved my process started line
I dont know what should i say and how long i should wait

Recently, I found out about Iranian spreasheet which I found very useful and sophisticated vs what we have here. I decided to do some analyses based on data in that spreadsheet. My main intension was to understand how slow is my IO.

Therefore, I would like to share the below analyses (based on average days) which may help you understand where you stand and will show how fast/slow is your immigration officer:

CT, DL, FG, MLP - Senior ones

Column SLU stands for "We started processing your application"

Increasing order is sorted by MR to PPR column.

SLU (We started processing your application) is very specific and varies by officer.

For example MDY is issuing SLU approx. 60days prior to PPR while AS is issuing SLU only 21days prior to PPR. What does it mean? It means for example if your IO is MDY and you received SLU in your ECAS approx. 60days ago this means your chance to get PPR email soon is very high.

There are extremes in data which I counted because it is a part of process. Therefore, treat this data as guidance which based on average.

thanks. It's really useful. My IO is MF and I received MR 56 days after PER, so more or less it works. I will let you know if there is any change.

U welcome! +-14days should be treated as normal deviation vs average. Though, we need to keep in mind that there are extremes, people with very long processing times who affect statistics.

My officer is dl , he is too slow and I cannot see any movement in his cases,
You can see that obviously in Iranian spreadsheet
In recent weeks we can feel the reduction of the speed of finalization of our cases and honestly I don't know why???
The summer is going away and we did nothing for our migration and unfortunately we have no idea when it happens
As everyone knows moving to Canada in winter without any families there is so hard and nobody takes care about that

Be strong my friend. By the way DL is not the slowest. My officer is much slower

We received your application for permanent residence on December 23, 2014.
We started processing your application on June 22, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

It is summer time. Many officers go to vacation, in July particular. I expect delays across all IOs

My MR was received on April 21 and I didn't get the 2nd line update (we started processing ....). I sent a CSE to Paris VO asking for the status of my application, the dl officer replied:

An immigration file is completed when all the fees have been paid, the required documents have been received, when the background check is completed and the medical results received.
In your case, the processing of your application is currently ongoing at our office, some of our internal procedures are still not complete and the delays are unknown.

I think this means that he/she doesn't issue 2nd line update and I will soon have PPR email in my inbox. What do you think?

Mostafap, your IO is DL. As you can see from the table which I provided above in this forum, DL indicates SLU in ECAS approx. 20days prior to PPR. So, when u see your SLU in ECAS that should simply mean that your PPR is very close.

This can mean that my processes may be started
My medical has been received by Paris at 17/3/2015
