It is outland, I live in Europe with my husband. Lots of November applicants stayed in Miss, I think I just got lucky honestly :/

Hello, everyone! My application is in PVO since April, 2018. IP2 since 18 August, 2018. Medicine expired in January. Last month I knew that i am on security screening since august 2018. Due date was 29 March, 2019. Yesterday there was ghost update in my profile. I am trying to check my status via this link https://services3.cic.gc.ca, but it says that "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided". All information is correct. I tried several times. Do you have any ideas?

When was your application received?Have you tried again and has it worked in the last few days? What does your GCKey say? It could be a system error but if you are still having problems and have no access to your account I would call CIC because it should show your file! I'm sorry that is happening and I really hope it works now! x
