I've all documents, forms and medical exams done.

my wife will sponsor me, and we live both in Portugal - Europe.

I've found 2 checklist IMM5491 and IMM 3901.

do I need to send both checklists? do I send the APP to Paris or Missisauga?

You need to send both checklists; IMM5491 is the sponsor checklist and IMM3901 is the applicant checklist.

Send the entire app to Mississauga.

but why mississauga and not Paris??

because the sponsorship has to be approved first and then Mississauga will send it to Paris....
