Parents visit visa

Hello , my parents applied for visitor visa through online from Bangladesh on March and BD vfs closed after that we couldn’t do biometrics. Their biometrics request has been expired by now. How can I get new biometrics req for them ? Or old ll suffice for now?? Plz help.

Believe because it is a known problem the directions are to do the biometrics when the office opens. Many people are in the same situation,
