Parents visa

Hi,
I have applied my parents tourist visa in November 2022 and there has been no progress since then. No UCI or application number has been assigned yet. I feel the application is stuck in their system or there has been an error. I have already paid for biometrics fees for my parents. I have raised quite a few webforms and even called IRCC, however, no response till yet.
advice would be helpful

No biometrics request? If so, there is something wrong. Would suggest withdrawing the request and reapplying. Ask IRCC for a refund for the previous application. You could also ask your MP to follow-up but they may get the same response as you are being given.

Thanks for the reply. No biometrics request but i paid its fees. I have raised a webform for withdrawl but havent heard anything yet. Can you suggest me the process to ask for refund?
