Parents Visa

Hello friends,

I want to invite my parents to Canada for my graduation.

However,my mom different spellings of her name on her passport than my passport.

Is it something to be worried or shall i go ahead with my plans?

well it could be a probem since you r going to send them an introduction letter n invitation letter from university. if the name does not matches, it might be a problem. ask your mother to immediately take an appoint under tatkaal scheme, she will get appointment in 1 to 2 days. n name change procedure is not hard, just need to take correct identity proof, like aadhar card (only if she had made a year before.) and if there is no proof available, go to you area counsellor or mla, take a written consent on the letter head and validate it from gazetted officer ( govt. school principal or govt. dispenseries. etc.) .Submot it along passport appointment, she will get renewed passport within a week.
