I applied for my parents TRV, but got refusal twice. My father had earlier visited Canada and returned within the time frame of viza tenure.
The refusal reason provided both the times were that they are satisfied the applicants will return considering ties in Canada and purpose of visit.
Please advise on how to make the case stronger
