Parents travelling visa cancelled

Hi friends
I will apply for Canada student visa in July, but there is a column in the visa form where it asks the explanation if your parents Canada Travelling visa has been cancelled. What should I write there and from where to get that detailed information. Will it affect my student visa or not?

Okay, in that case the explanation letter that they received from CHC should have the details. And, you dont need to to write too much. Just simplify it and note it in one or two sentence.

but they have not been issued any letter. Kindly tell me the procedure how to obtain that letter.
