It's not clear what your question is.

You have to meet LICO in order for a super visa to be approved. There are no exceptions to this.

Are you asking what LICO is (i.e. what the amounts are)?

If you are asking something else, then I would recommend you provide the details of your case so that people here can answer your question.

My question is, Does anybody got the supervisa refusal for LICO not met?

Is there anything that can backup for the LICO not met?
Any Idea how we can get the detail from Immigration Officer for refusing the supervisa?
I heard there is one form by which we can ask immigration for the detail of reason why the visa has refused.

Yes, there are people who are refused for LICO not being met. To show that LICO is met, you want to provide your NOA (CRA notice of assessment). This is the evidence that IRCC looks for to prove you meet the cut off.
