If you meet the 3 years income requirement on your own, there is no need to include your husband in the application. Only your income will count to meeting LICO.
Even if he is a co-signer though, a previous bankruptcy will not affect anything. It's only if he was currently in bankruptcy process and had not been discharged yet, he would be ineligible to be a co-signer.
