I have question ..I want to sponsor my parents and I qualify for parents sponsorship 2018 but it nov 2017 I had my son born , so can i qualify as my income for 2015 -2017 be 60k, 75k, 85k.

If your family size is you + spouse + son + 2 parents = 5 people, then you would need income of:
2016 $66,654
2015 $65,377
2014 $64,791 (2014 may or may not be required)

If your family income was only 60K in 2015, then you wouldn't qualify to apply in 2018 for family size of 5 people. You would need to wait until around 2019 or 2020..

Not really sure what your question is. It has not yet been announced if the LICO requirement for the 2018 program will be 2014-2016 or 2015-2017. You will need to meet LICO for all 3 required years using your family size at the time of applying.
