Parents Sponsorship - Saudi Arab - Pakistan - London

Hi all, I sponsored my parents in November 2011, they live in Saudi Arabia and Citizens of Pakistan
After all the long wait, file was finally transferred to London, England on November 8, 2016
On November 29, 2016, we received a letter from London office to get following documents within 45 days:
- Police Certificates
- Pay fees for Right of Permanent Residence Fees (RPRF)
- Medical examinations. Note that medical instruction forms will be emailed separately.

My question is approx. when they will email medical instruction forms and how much process is left for my parents to land in canada?
Is anyone else also on the same timelines?

Should very soon.
I got medical request along with 45 day request.
I have also sponsored my parents from Pakistan (Lahore) and file was approved and sent to London on Sep 23rd.
