Hi All,

I have a question on the PR landing process at the Canada border.

My parents recently received their COPRs. They are currently in Canada on a Supervisa and also possess a valid US visa.

Can they still go to the US Border to flagpole?

Anyone in the forum had similar experiences?

I searched online and see a lot of cases without valid US Visa, so they get an admin refusal.

But my parents have valid US Visa. Just want to do PR landing at the border rather than waiting for months at CIC office inland.

My questions

1)what do they need to say at the US border- can they say "flagpole" as they already have US Visa?

2)will they be provided admin refusal?

3)will cbsa accept them for PR landing incase the answer to question 2 is a No.

Thanks for your help

Just to clarify that an admin refusal by US is offered whether someone has a US visa or not when someone simply says to US CBP they want to flagpole and not enter the US but return to Canada.
