Hi All,

I will really appreciate if some one who was in this position or know anyone who was in this postition and what happened...

I applied for my parents sponsorship in August 2010... Income period for last preceeding months was OK... But right after that I lost my job... Making my incomes less then LICO by $6500. After that I got a new job and my income is totally fine.... and will be fine for the next years....

Do you guys think should I wihthdraw my file for sponsorship and apply again since my Income is OK now but the thing is sponsorship is closed for 2 years. I called Immigration Canada and the Call Center rep did'nt say whether I should take the application out or not... She said you can write a letter to office in Mississauaga....

Can you guys please share your thoughts on this..

Much Apprecaited.

Of course you shouldn't withdraw sponsorship.
You have a job now. The whole point of LICO is being able to take care of your parents financially when they arrive in Canada.
