Oh, that is so sad. Because for 2017 we made only for $66,395 which is lower than the required Min.Income Requirement for family of 5 ($67,400). One more question pls, last 2017 we were just family of 4 (2kids and my husband). Are they going to check our 2017 income based on family of 4 or are they going to add my mother to the computation of family of 5. Thank you so much again.
Yes, they will add your mother to make it a total of 5.

Looks like 2017 NOA will not be considered for PGP2020. Go through the another thread where we were discussing this:

Good news for you.

Also, what is the difference of LICO and Min.Income Requirement? Are they using LICO or the Min.Income Req? Sorry, no idea at all. Thank you

Hey
Minimum income is LICO +30%. FOR 2017,2018,2019 IRCC will see minimum income requirements buy for 2020 LICO will be accepted due to covid 19. Hope this helps.

Hey guys,
I am in the same boat. I applying for 4 people including myself. The income requirements page isnt updated yet but last i checked it was 57k but i am at 51k. However, im thinking if i get invited in 2021 may and apply using 2020, 2019, 2018 tax years, will that be acceptable?

When did you make the 51K? Unless you meet the income requirements for the 3 years required you don’t qualify.

Your 2017 income requirements are not impacted by new born baby in 2020. You are good to go for 2020 program.
Check example 2.
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1460&top=14

Of course if they don't change any requirements for 2020, seems to less likely.
Good evening All,

I have received the invitation today and honestly i wasn't expecting it to come. I applied for it last year as my friend was applying for his parents. I know its late but i have a questions in terms of income requirement. For the year 2018 my income was $66k and i have a family of four. Since i will be applying for my parents visa do i need to consider them in my 2018 income as well which will make my family to 6 or should i only consider them for the 2020 income as i am applying for them in 2021. The only reason i am asking this question is because if i consider my parents in 2018 then i donot meet the income requirement however my income was high in 2019 and 2020 ? what are your thoughts .. do you think it is worth applying as CIC may show some flexibility ?

You have the answer. NO. You will be automatically refused. Stop posting the same question over and over.
