Parents Sponsorship: CIC Letter Received but Missing Steps(Apparently)

Sorry, Its Mississauga not ottawa. well, thanks everyone for ur inputs. My parents are planning to go to the panchayat office to check if they can get a duplicate marriage certificate. Please keep your timelines updated/suggestions posted. I will do the same. Also would appreciate if anyone knows how long it takes at New Delhi(processing time shows 63months)

if you dont have marriage certificate you can provide an affidavit signed by your parents with attested....i read same where but not sure...you can take help from agent....i thing affidavit is ok.

i read samewhere in canada visa form in when the document is asked in november 2011 for the 2008 applicants.

Hi, I have question about the photos. Cic has asked photos of each members of the family. I sponsored my parents (no dependants) so do i need to include my photo along with my parents even though i am the sponsorer. How about my brother...who is out of the picture in this sponsorship. He is settled in US and not dependent or coming with my parents. My question is do we need to provide his picture too or can i skip it? Please anyone??

if you dont have marriage certificate you can provide an affidavit signed by your parents with attested....i read same where but not sure...you can take help from agent....i thing affidavit is ok.

Hi everyone! Your inputs are very valuable! My question is to show relationship to sponsor. What if I don't even have a birth certificate? But the household registry book does show me as the daughter to my parents. Is this good enough? Thank you so much everyone!!

Just managed to send all the documents of my parents except PCC back to CIC. Hope all goes well!

here is my timeline
applied nov 2010
doc req june30 2014

i have a dependent he was 21 when i applied
now 24 he was asked to show continous study
he did his degree and then he enrolled himself in distant edu ...
but still dependent on parents ...
if anyone can hepl tht wht do i need to show to convience tht he is Full time student n dependent on parents

my parents r +65 tooo so is their any differance in seniors sponsership ??

Sure, I send my parents additional documents requested to Mississauga office in October 2014. Please keep updating any changes. Does anyone know how long it takes for further steps ......now that further assessement is done in Ottawa unlike before?
