Parents sponsorship 2015 / we are not in Quebec !!!

Good news is I received a letter for my parents sponsorship is approved and it is sent to visa office in Ankara (2 January 2015 was received by mail)... They said if I am a resident of Quebec , I have to submit another form to Quebec office ... When I initially filed the application , I was not in Quebec and neither now... But I moved last year to Montreal and stayed there for 1 year and changed my address to Montreal at that time ...

How should we tell them that I don't want to apply through Quebec ?

Are they under impression that I live in Quebec and they need me to apply there ?

If you were living in Quebec you would have to apply for CSQ.

If you are no longer living in Quebec you should update your address and send proof of address.
