parents PR-new child due for sponsor

Hi,
Local visa office is handling my parents permanent resident, recently we have submitted police report. CIC online status shows,
SPONSOR-decision made
PERMANENT RESIDENCE-in process,

My wife is expecting a baby in 2 months. Should I inform CIC about new baby if my parent don't get the PR before the child birth? because sponsorship decision already has been made.....

You are required to as this changes your family composition which will change the LICO needed to qualify. Failure to notify may mean trouble if found out.

You are only required to inform them after the birth of the baby. If your parents get PR before the baby is born than there is not need to inform CIC.
