Parents Permanent Residency - Next Steps

Hello,

My Parents got Permanent Residency status in Canada. They both are presently in Canada on a visitor visa. Please provide the detailed next steps and how they can declare stuff they will be bringing in later from India when they finally move from there?

Have they completed landing procedures? This is when they should declare there belongings.

If they haven't completed landing procedures yet - then they aren't PRs at this time.

Not Yet.... I am awaiting their passports from Ottawa in next couple of days? How they will complete the landing procedures ?
