Good afternoon,
My mother is on supervisa currently (since Feb 2019) and has visa and passport expiring in April 2020. However the visa officer at time of landing, stamped her stay till Feb 21.

We are planning on going to US by road for the weekend. Will there be any issue on returning back?
Will CBSA give her a new stamp and will that be valid for 6 months only?
Also she has a PR application in process from PGP- 2019

Any guidance will be appreciated.

Hi,

There would not be any issue with that.
As you would be issued I94, when you enter US.
When you return back, CBSA would not stamp the entry to Canada again, instead I94 would have the details about your entry to US & the return.
It does not affect the PR application or stamped visa.

Good Luck
