I am currently on work permit. I have a problem in my passport. My parents name is incorrect.
Fathers name in my passport: Rakesh Singh Sharma
Fathers real name : Rakesh Shah
Mothers name in my passport: Kuljeet Sharma
Mothers real name : Kuljeet Kaur.
My parents haven’t applied for a passport yet. But both my parents have property under their names. So they are unsure about changing their names. I wanted to call them here in Canada for a couple of months. Is there any way out of this. Can i attach an affidavit from the court saying that these are the same people? Im currently in india for a couple of weeks. Please help me out ASAP. Thankyou
