Anyways, I got my PR and soft landed on December 26th and am making the big move around March 30th. Me and my husband are going to drive my car (don't worry, I am aware of the exporting/importing stuff and am working on getting that done) with some of my stuff in it and my parents wanted to get a rental and put some of my stuff in their car to help me move. They'll be following behind us.
I'm sure at least one other person on this forum has had their family help them move (most likely an American since we can drive to Canada), and I was wondering, I have my Goods to Follow list, do I just let the officer know that my parents have some of my items in their car as well and then present my list, or how would I go about doing that?
My mom called the Sarnia border and they confirmed they do car import stuff and that she'd be following behind with some of my stuff and they said it was okay so I'm just mainly looking for someone's experience with this. Please and thank you!
