PARENTS GRANDPARENTS VISA question

Newbie here. i want to apply grand parents visa for my mom and dad. do you think we can Or we have chance? we just landed as resident last January 2015. We dont have any T4 yet to show we meet LICO

Hi there
LICO is a requirement for super visa but if you have a full time permanent job, get employment letter stating the annual income and use it for LICO. In addition submit last 3 or 4 months pay stubs.
