I'm trying submit my parent's PCC, but GCKey is confusing.

After creating a GCKey account, it asks me to create another account within it. It is asking for full name. Is it the name of me (the sponsor) or the primary applicant (parents)?

The application number starts with an 'F' now. Do I include that in the full application number?

After that, for linking the application, do I provide information from the parent's perspective? (parent's passport, parent's UCI)

And for number of family members, do I include just the parents (2) or include myself as the sponsor (3)?


Update:
I was able to finally link my application to the GCKey Account.
But I see no way to upload the PCC document. In the 'Upload Documents' section, I keep seeing `There are no required documents for this Online Application.`. And I cannot proceed any further.

Was this hard for others as well? Do I submit the PCC through GCKey, or is it better to submit through Webform?

How did you link your application with the account? Any tips?
Our app number starts with XF.

Hello,

Today I got AOR for one of the 2 applications I submitted for my divorced family.

I was asked to submit PCC. Curious, do I need to also submit PCC for non accompanying family member who's over 18? My step-mother is not coming so I mentioned that she is not accompanying and I can't find information online regarding whether or not I should submit her PCC too.

Also I can't link application always getting cannot find application. I tried family members count from 1 to 5, doesn't work..

Hi, I just received an email for principal applicant requesting for PCC and other information. There is no deadline and letter states :

In order to minimize any delays in processing your file, the following documentation is required for your sponsored family members. If not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible:

PCC from resident country has been applied last week(same day when e-mail was received) which can take 30-60 days and PCC from home country will be applied in a day or 2. It will not take more than a week.

Shall I wait to submit everything together or submit as soon as PCC from home country is available?

I'll submit one at a time. As soon as the first PCC becomes available, use the webform to submit it and say you're still waiting on the 2nd PCC and will update as soon as you receive it.
