Are PA and dependents inside Canada? If they are outside, P1, P2 and eCOPR are not the process for outland.

I received P1 email today as well.
Couple of questions :
* I got the PDF file for the principal applicant (my father), dependent (my mom) and also for myself (I am the sponsor who's a citizen) - Do I need t respond separately for all three of us?
* Up until now, I've been utilizing my email address for them, can I re-use that or should I create a new email for the applicants? Thank you!

Did you respond from the primary applicant's email address? Also in case you were sponsoring both parents - did you send one reply with multiple template sections filled for each (primary applicant and for dependent)?
Same boat. We replied back to P1 on may 5th. Nothing after that. Please keep us posted here if you can if you get your p2. Looks like they slowed down this week due to upcoming long weekend.

I have been using single email address for both Primary applicant as well as for sponsor. And i used the same to respond to the P1 email.
i have just one applicant.
I also got the same three emails. But I only replied using Principal Applicant's email. Please fill the details for both of your parents in that email.
Thank you for the info! In my case there's a single email I have for the representative (myself) and for both the applicants (the same email where I got all 3 emails). Can I reply using that email itself?
I am not sure if there will be any issues or not. But in my case, I use the same email address for my father (PA) and my mother, and I got two same P1 emails on that email address for both of them. so, I just reply to the email which was address to my father name and include both my father and mother's details into it.. I also got same email on my email address as well but I just ignore that email. I also ignored an email which was address to my mother. Thank you.

I try to link application everyday and no luck yet. I will call IRCC to fix this issue.

My parents received the final decision letter in the portal today and I have couple of questions regarding following:
STEP 3: PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS
You must submit together:
1.
One copy of this letter.
2.
Passport(s) OR photocopy(ies) of passport(s), as explained in Step 2.
3.
Two (2) photos of yourself and of each accompanying family member. Photos MUST meet the precise specifications found in the link below or in Appendix A at the end of this letter. If you submit photos that do not meet the exact specifications, your package will be returned to you (www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf)
All required documents must be submitted in one single package.
A)
To submit your package while overseas:
Please submit your package to the nearest Visa Application Centre along with the VAC Passport Transmission fee.
B)
If you are currently in Canada:
You are not required to submit your passport and will be landed virtually. Please advise our office via webform within 5 days of receipt of this letter if you and/or any of your dependents are in Canada. Please include each person’s name/UCI and where they are currently staying/residing (in Canada or overseas).
My parents are currently in Canada and my questions are following:
1. Has someone used the webform to update IRCC about virtual landing? If yes, what option did you choose in the webforms, it is rather confusion?
2. The requirement to submit this letter and 2 photos and passport pages, if I am going to update using webform when will I submit these documents, in the webform iteself?
Help would be deeply appreciated.

You have to notify IRCC that they are in Canada and then the virtual landing process will start. Disregard all the instructions for out of Canada processing. You should have informed IRCC that they were visiting Canada.
Thank you for your quick response. I have submitted the webform to update their current address to Canada. Hopefully that is all that is required,
