so per Sept. 3 update, if you submitted your application in Novemeber 2023, IRCC needs "more time to process" the application and can't provide an estimated time for completion.

I was going to say that most 2023 applicants have non-routine applications so it would be impossible to estimate processing time.

and why is it that most 2023 applications are non routine? do you say that solely based on the amount of time it has taken to process them and hence they must be non routine?
