There are about 132k in the pool and they are inviting 24k with about 15k eligible.

according to the cic:

If you’re invited to apply to sponsor your parents and grandparents, there are 2 applications:

1. You must apply to become a sponsor.
2. Your parents or grandparents must apply for permanent residence

Does it mean:
1. I, as the sponsor, will submit an application by using my account?
2. my parents will submit another application by creating a new account ?


should both applications be under the 'Permanent residence application' -> 'Family' -> Parents/GrandParents ?

Stupid Immigration ministers and Immigration itself are idiots ... making people suffer by no living in this country fully as well as their home country ... Fkn if you could invite 60000 refugees and 1 million students you should think about them working as their own country not as slaves ... so fkn increase the limit at least send 50,000 invites but this mf Trudeau gets time from supporting stupid activities then he would think ..... I am sure Trudeau will go down the drain in this election

That is a tough question. I am pretty sure IRCC will pay more attention to your current income. If you provide a letter with it explaining that you are one more only in 2023 or 2022 , high chances they will accept . Usually its like you should meet the income requirement in each year.
