Parents don't have a marriage certificate For PGP 2025 Application

Hello Everyone,

My parents don't have a marriage certificate, however they have their spouse's name on each other's passports and other government-issued documents. How to proceed with this?
Also, my father passed away in 2018, and I do have a Death Certificate.

Do I still require a marriage certificate?

Just write a short letter of explanation you don't have it. Doesn't matter much at this point since all you need (substantively) is proof your mother is your mother (birth certificate).

(Other part of explanation is your parents would likely be fine under common law as well, but since your father has passed, not an issue anyway)/
