Parents as sponsor

If we are showing parents as sponsor , Which form or evidence of proof is required to show the relation ? As in case of others , we need to show their employment details , a letter from the sponsor showing the relationship and reason to sponsor etc .

Your Parents can not be your sponsor. They are free to support you financially. Your Passport, academic papers, bank account etc provides enough proof.
