I am permanent resident of canada, filipino.and I have a daughter 8yrs old. I am going to bring her to canada as she already had her immigrant visa. I am confused about CFO in the phil some are saying that I need to do PDOS& PCS. Is any filipono here knows if I need to get Peer counselling session at phil CFO? or this is not required for my situation as I already a PR and my child is minor too. Please if anyone knows and have experienced bringing their child to canada without going to CFO please share it with me. I appreciate your help. Thank you .
