I would like to ask because I am planning to sponsor my parents next year, but I have one 4 year old younger brother. Shall I sponsor them all together as 3? and need to comply for income level requirement for 3 persons? Please advise me on this matter. I would appreciate any help from you guys.

We have no idea what will happen with PGP next year. We are having an election plus there were lots of complaints and at least one lawsuit for PGP2019 so there are likely to be changes.

Yes you need to include your brother so 4 if you are not married and you don’t have children.
