hi guys, my mom is the principal applicant, applying Parent & grandparents sponsorship with my dad as spouse. my mom will visit Canada this year for couple months but my dad wont come with her. when my mom is visiting Canada, I need to inform IRCC my mom's address is changed. but my dad's address will not be changed. would that imact them to take the next step like shipping passports and do PR landing?

We submitted our application on Feb 2021. Biometrics, Medical, PCC etc have been completed for over a year.
Last communication was last august when they transferred our application to the New Delhi office. Since then I haven't heard a peep.
Wondering if anyone is in the same boat, or have any info in cases like these considering the processing time outside Quebec seems to be 23 months and it has been 30 months for our application.

File submitted March 2021, passed medical update september 2022, no update since then. I just received another medical request last month.
Medical passed-no updates to this date.
