Received invitation for my in laws today after 4 years of trying. Ontario, email was sent to my wife.

in 2019 CIC said they received around 100K applications just 10 minutes after they openned the online forms (which didn't show up with my internet), so total applications in 2020 around 200-250K makes sense. if not more!

I don’t think so. Otherwise they wouldn’t call it lottery. Even they can increase income level . Who stops them? So trust the system

Unfortunately there's no way for them to do that in this case. They don't ask how much you make in the interest to sponsor form so they don't have that information when they make their draws. We know they don't check with the CRA on their own because multiple people who didn't meet the financial requirements were invited in previous draws.

Later when they applied, must be rejected. Right??

The worst thing is that are people that have applied for the same persons in diff provinces !! Really shame !!!!!!!!!!! for those people really!!
I don’t think it is permitted.If that be the case, they must have modalities to detect multiple applications.More so in a lottery draw, May be solace for the applicants , 1 application or 2-3 , don’t make much difference.Luck is prime

She already has supervisa and had biometrics done few years back . can those be used or do we need to do those again? if they can be used, how ?I have no written proof that those were done. What kind of documents are needed to prove my relationship to my mother?
