Hi, I have been a PR holder for more than a year and I want to sponsor my mother. I do satisfy the minimum income requirement in my last tax returns filed in Canada and I have two prior tax returns from my country of origin that also satisfy the minimum income requirement. Am I eligible to sponsor my mother or do I need to wait for two more years before I can apply?

You must provide your Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for each of the three taxation years immediately preceding the date of your application.
So you’d need too wait two more years
