Parents and Grandparents Permanent Residence

I submitted it today for my MIL. We filled form, print, signed & date and scan it before submitting (via ircc account)
Thank you. And also I am not able to connect the parent grandparent application to my fathers cic account. it is failing everytime. Did you faced any such difficulty?
